How to play Music Bingo
Preparation
• Each player receives a printed card with 25 songs (5×5 grid) divided into columns B-I-N-G-O.
• The center square is always marked as FREE and automatically counts as marked.
• Prepare a pencil or pen to mark squares on your card.
Gameplay
• The host plays songs from the selected playlist one by one.
• If you hear a song that is on your card, mark it with your pencil.
• The host may provide a hint (B-I-N-G-O letter) showing which column to search in.
• The goal is to be the first to complete a valid winning combination.
Winning combinations
To win, you need 5 marked squares in a row:
• Row: Five marked squares in one horizontal row
• Column: Five marked squares in one vertical column
• Diagonal: Five marked squares diagonally (corner to corner)
🎉 BINGO!
• When you complete a winning combination, immediately call out "BINGO!" loudly
• The host will verify your card and check whether the songs are marked correctly.
• If the bingo is correct, you are the winner! 🏆
• If the bingo is not correct (marking mistake), the game continues.
Tip: Listen carefully and mark a song as soon as you recognize it. The faster you mark the correct songs, the better your chance of winning!
💻 Want to play online?
Each printed card includes a QR code "Join game". Scan it to open the online app where you can guess songs – your guess appears yellow and after correct guesses are evaluated, it changes to green.
- 1 point – guess before any hint (before evaluation)
- 0 points – after any hint or for an incorrect guess
In the app, you will also see the “Best guessers” leaderboard with an All/Top 10 switch.
