1. Provider and service

Music Bingo is a digital service for preparing and running a social game. It does not provide music or public-performance licences.
2. Account and age
Accounts and purchases are for persons aged 18 or over. Minors may play under an organiser’s or guardian’s responsibility. Sign-in currently uses email and password.
3. Packages and prices
Packages are one-off, do not renew automatically and last 10, 30 or 90 days. The final CZK price shown before payment includes VAT. A new package follows the active one.
4. Order and performance
The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment and access is activated. The consumer separately accepts the Terms and requests immediate performance. Confirmation is emailed.
5. Withdrawal and defects
Consumers retain statutory distance-contract and digital-service rights. Proportional payment may apply after requested early performance; the right may end after full performance under statutory conditions.
6. User responsibility
The host is responsible for legal music sources, licences, suitable content, event rules and prizes. Security bypasses, overload and interference with other games are prohibited.
7. Law and disputes
Czech law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Czech Trade Inspection provides ADR. Contact info@hudebnibingo.cz.
