We process account, order, package, game, playlist, player display name, card, guesses, score, support, error and necessary technical data. Stripe processes full card data.

3. Purposes

We use data for contracts, payments, games, support, legal duties, security and legal claims. We currently send no marketing emails.

4. Recipients

Recipients include Base44, Stripe, Resend, Google Drive, GitHub code archives, WordPress, consent-based website Analytics, Spotify, QR and live-update providers.

5. Retention

Accounts remain until deletion; game data until game/account deletion and configured retention; accounting records for statutory periods; rotating backups normally about 30 days.

6. Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object or withdraw consent at info@hudebnibingo.cz; you may complain to a supervisory authority.
